Focus on the next hit, not the last one

Hi Coaches,

I just want to say again what a terrific experience this volleyball season has been.  Jimmy and Jack, you guys seem to have struck the perfect balance between making this a ton of fun for the boys while still holding them accountable and pushing them to improve.  Believe me, all the parents notice that the two of you take every opportunity to coach our boys and do so in positive and constructive manner.  We know our son seems pretty salty in the moment, but he was fine and talking about how fun this season has been within 30 minutes of our ride home.  My wife and I appreciate you working with him to focus on the next hit, not the last one.
